Hawaiian Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients

Serves: 6

3 lbs. chicken

6 slices bacon, nitrate free

3 TBS coconut aminos

1 TBS olive oil

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 cup pineapple, diced

Instructions

  • Fire up grill and cut chicken breast in half for 4 oz. portions.

  • Season chicken with desired seasonings. We just use salt and pepper. The sauce gives it the flavor at the end.

  • Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with toothpick.

  • Grill chicken until both it and bacon are fully cooked.

  • While that is cooking, place all remaining ingredients in a small blender or food processor for sauce.

  • Blend until smooth consistency forms and then set aside until chicken is done.

  • Removed toothpicks from chicken and top with one heaping tablespoon of hawaiian sauce. Enjoy!
